| Hey fellow consumers, my name is Bert. I was originally born in Glendale, Arizona where I graduated a Sun Devil at Arizona State University. I have moved around the West coast, but now find myself in the Northwest. |

| Recently, I started a remodeling project on my house where I hired several contractors. Turns out, they stuck me with almost $2000 in unpaid bills. If I had educated myself a little more and stuck with specific guidelines, this never would have happened. |

| So by passing my insights and experiences onto you, I hope to help you avoid costly mistakes. We all know spending money is easy, but spending it wisely can be a little more difficult. |

| How's it going everyone, I'm Raffaele. Weird spelling I know, but my family is originally from Southern Italy. I've had to face important buying decisions from a very young age, so I've come to appreciate the time and effort it takes to make wise, informed, buying decisions. |

| A few months back, I fell victim to credit card fraud at a local restaurant. I had a bill of $28 and when I received my bank statement, the establishment charged me over $80. One of the employees took it upon themselves to write in their own tip. Luckily I kept my receipt, and after 4 weeks of debate, the charge was reversed. |

| With my experiences as a younger consumer, I hope to shed light on areas that may not get touched upon on a regular basis in today's consumer market. |
